Green Moustache and renowned Hunter Valley winery Tyrrell’s are hosting an intimate wine lunch on Sunday 21st May 2023, showcasing the best of New South Wales’ seasonal produce and award-winning wines.
The Green Moustache chefs have curated an exquisite five course menu that highlights the freshest ingredients sourced from local farms and producers across the state. Complementing these delicious dishes are wines from one of the Hunter Valley’s oldest and most awarded wineries Tyrrell’s; delicious drops of NSW’ finest perfectly paired with each course.
The Green Moustache dream team is headed up in the kitchen by former Chin Chin chef Pete Fitzsimmons. Infusing Australian with International cuisine is the running style of the deliciously bold menu, with Pete’s sustainable approach to menu creation promising seasonally sourced fresh flavours are in abundance.
