Big Blue Table Fundraiser at Spicers Guest House – 22 October 2023

This October 22nd, businesses across the Hunter Valley are coming together to create the Big Blue Table fundraising event for Beyond Blue, set amongst the magnificent gardens of Spicers Guesthouse.

Hosted by Beyond Blue Director and Hunter Valley local Johanna Griggs, guests will be treated to an incredible four-course menu, with matching wines Hunter Valley producers including Tyrrell’s.

We invite you to join us for this important cause while enjoying a delicious four-course lunch, fine wines, entertainment and auctions to help reach our goal of raising as much money as possible, combining incredible cuisine and great wine with heartfelt generosity.

From 12:00pm on Sunday October 22, we will be welcoming guests with chilled sparkling wine and canapes on the lawn, surrounded by the gentle sound of a harpist, the tables gorgeously styled. 

The event will be hosted by one of Australia’s most enduring media personalities, having notched up 30 years on television in early 2023, as host of many major premier sporting events, along with hit prime-time shows like Better Homes and Gardens.

Away from media, Johanna has been a board member of Beyond Blue for the past 9 years and splits her time living between the Lower Hunter and Sydney when she’s not travelling.
