The fruit is harvested in the early hours of the morning when it is at its coolest. The grapes were lightly pressed and then fermented in stainless steel tanks to maintain its freshness and retain the varietal tropical fruit flavours.
Beside Broke Road Sauvignon Blanc is a vibrant and expressive wine style, showing lemongrass, guava and passionfruit aromas. The palate is well balanced between its vibrant citrus profile and a hint of grassy notes, with a crisp, refreshing acid profile. Light, refreshing and quaffable.
