After harvest and crushing, the juice used to make our Ashman’s Brut was separated from the skins and settled prior to fermentation in stainless steel tanks, before being left on its lees to gain further complexity. An elegant, light-bodied sparkling wine with excellent depth of flavour, it shows a touch of creaminess on the well-balanced palate and a fresh, clean finish. Serve this wonderfully delicate wine slightly chilled as an aperitif or to complement a meal – it’s a great match with a wide array of food styles.
