Bruce Tyrrell hosted a Winemakers Selection Dinner at the Manta Restaurant Woolloomooloo on 25th March 2021.
This event was part of the Manta Restaurant’s wine dinner series which celebrates the best of Australian wine. The passionate chefs created a specially designed four course menu with each course matched perfectly to a specific Tyrrell’s wine. Bruce Tyrrell, fourth-generation winemaker and managing director of Tyrrell’s Wines, joined guests on the evening as host. Guests enjoyed a four course dinner, plus matched wines.
