Manta Restaurant Hosts Tyrrell’s Winemaker’s Selection Dinner – 30 March 2022

On 30 March 2022, the Manta Restaurant Woolloomooloo will host a special dinner event celebrating the new vintage release of Tyrrell’s flagship Winemaker’s Selection wines.

Situated on Sydney Harbour’s spectacular Woolloomooloo Wharf and boasting some of the best views the city has to offer, Manta promises a dining experience like no other with a focus on showcasing the finest local produce from the land and sea. Our chefs work directly with local farmers and artisans to source only the freshest homegrown produce.

Executive Chef James Green has put together an amazing dinner menu, each course matched with an iconic Tyrrell’s Winemaker’s Selection wine. James brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience, having worked in the kitchens of acclaimed restaurants across the USA and Canada and more recently working for Matt Moran at the famous North Bondi Fish.
