Executive Chef James Green has put together an amazing dinner menu, each course matched with an iconic Tyrrell’s Winemaker’s Selection wine. James brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience, having worked in the kitchens of acclaimed restaurants across the USA and Canada and more recently working for Matt Moran at the famous North Bondi Fish.
