VIVID DINNER |  A Journey Through History with Tyrrell’s and NSW Parliament House

Join us at NSW Parliament for dinner and a journey through history, enjoying an amazing 5-course menu, matched perfectly with Tyrrell’s wines.

Fourth Generation Bruce Tyrrell will guide you through some of Tyrrell’s most iconic wines, including the likes of Vat 1 Semillon, from the oldest blocks, where the roots of the grapes date back to 1923. You will enjoy both the 2013 and 2018 vintages of this award-winning show-stopper!

Executive Chef, Vanessa Harcourt has paired his menu to perfection and it sure to be a memorable night. As a keepsake from the evening, you will take home a copy of Dining at New South Wales Parliament, a stunning coffee table book capturing the history and culinary artistry of this iconic institution.
